Job summary

Simbe Robotics in the United States is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to enable customers to maximize Tally within existing retail ecosystems. You will act as the technical expert, ensuring seamless integration of Tally into POS, ERP, WMS, and other data platforms.

You will design data-driven integrations, implement solutions, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Deployment, Customer Success, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in solutions engineering or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience integrating POS, ERP, WMS, and other retail systems.
• Strong API, data integration, and architectural design skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business value.
• Familiarity with data flows across on-premises and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from retail clients and map to integration solutions.
• Design end-to-end integration architectures for Tally data.
• Advise clients on best practices and configuration options.
• Develop PoCs and pilots to validate feasibility.
• Support implementation and troubleshoot data flows with teams.
• Drive user adoption and change management strategies.
