Job summary

Simbe Robotics is seeking a Customer Marketing & Community Manager to own education, certification, and store community programs for retailer partners using the Tally robot. You will drive adoption, advocacy, and growth by partnering with Client Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and Growth Marketing.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in customer marketing, education, community, or related roles.
• Experience scaling education, certification, or community programs in B2B2C.
• Proven ability collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing.
• Strong analytics tying engagement to adoption, retention, revenue.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% for store visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Tally Robot Certification program and scale to broader rollouts.
• Refine programs based on learner feedback and adoption signals.
• Define and track program KPIs including completion rates and adoption signals.
• Partner with Product Marketing on launches, brand identity, and GTM packaging.
• Refine onboarding communications and ensure branded ramp into Tally adoption.
• Build evergreen content for full client journey from onboarding to expansion.
• Surface adoption insights to inform messaging and product priorities.
• Lead Store Leader Summit, awards, and regional store meetups.
• Develop store-level advocates for case studies and speaking opportunities.
• Set metrics for adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
