Job summary

Simbe Robotics seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to enable customers to maximize Tally within their retail ecosystems. You will design data-driven integrations across POS, ERP, WMS, and workforce platforms, orchestrate data flows, and optimize adoption of Simbe’s apps, APIs, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field; 3–5 years in solutions engineering or customer-facing technical role.
• Retail systems experience: POS, ERP, WMS, workforce management, inventory.
• Strong API, Python, SQL, data modeling, and integration design knowledge.
• Experience with cloud tech (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data pipelines (ETL, streaming).
• Ability to design architectures, create requirements docs, and user flows.
• Proven project and stakeholder management with customer-facing focus.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from retail clients and map data flows across systems.
• Design end-to-end integration strategies and architectures for Tally data.
• Serve as a technical advisor on Simbe products, APIs, mobile apps, and BI tools.
• Develop PoCs and pilots; validate feasibility and iterate based on feedback.
• Guide implementation with client and internal teams; troubleshoot issues.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and onboarding efforts.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with stakeholders and inform product roadmap.
