• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in retail, e-commerce, or related industry.
• Strong SQL skills: joins, window functions, CTEs, optimization.
• Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau and advanced Excel.
• Hands-on experience analyzing sales, customer, or digital behavioral data.
• Strong analytical, data storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze sales, customer, inventory, and web/app behavioral data using SQL and Python.
• Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for sales performance, funnel conversion, and inventory health.
• Analyze customer segmentation, churn, retention, and CLV.
• Support pricing, promotion effectiveness, and demand-forecasting analysis.
• Blend digital analytics data with transactional and POS data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality across platforms.
• Present findings and recommendations to merchandising, marketing, and operations.
