Location: Store - L.RCK-CONWAY, AR

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers with shopping, and ensure they find what they need. Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience, handle cash transactions, and complete truck unloading and merchandising duties throughout the store. Maintain store recovery standards to uphold our Brand Promises.

Responsibilities include:

1. Helping customers locate products and providing solutions
2. Executing cash handling to standards for checkout
3. Engaging customers in the Rewards program and Credit Card enrollments
4. Educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
5. Supporting Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
6. Participating in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
7. Completing merchandise recovery and store maintenance
8. Performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
9. Supporting shrink and safety initiatives
10. Adhering to SOPs and company policies for compliance
11. Promoting a positive and respectful environment among team members
12. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Mobility throughout the store
• Physical activity including bending, lifting, and reaching
• Work in climate-controlled and outdoor environments, including some nights and weekends
