The role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions with customers and teammates. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior retail or service experience is highly valued. This part-time position includes physical tasks and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or service experience highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store.
