Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist shoppers with questions and recommendations and process sales at the register.

Other responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, stocking merchandise, unloading trucks, ensuring cleanliness, and promoting a positive, safe environment through professional interactions with customers and teammates. This is a part-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe environment with professional interactions.
• Keep the store clean, restock bathrooms, sweep/mop floors, take out trash.
