Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and keep the store well-stocked and clean.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, replenishing shelves, maintaining a safe environment, and interacting with customers and leaders professionally. Part-time opportunities with flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent standing and walking.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
