Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Georgia LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, good communication, and the ability to follow instructions. Part-time hours are available at our Wrightsville location, with opportunities for growth and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Follow evolving instructions and perform additional duties as needed.
