This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend appropriate solutions. They are also responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns, ensuring maximum client satisfaction, staying updated on product features, and maintaining high quality and visual standards of the products and store. The role requires achieving excellent customer service while meeting the store’s sales goals.
The selected individual will work at Store #3066, located at: 3314 Highway 10 E, Moorhead, MN 56560. This is a full-time position.
Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuable items. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. To protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public, a review of criminal history is conducted.
