Position Overview

A PostNet Retail Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with all store services and products. Operates the point-of-sale system, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other store equipment. Other duties as assigned. May help to train and mentor Customer Service Representatives.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services
  • Assist in handling customer complaints and problems professionally
  • Multitasking ability to process multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Windows OS, and other computer hardware/software
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Some supervisory skills preferred
  • Notary Public certification may be required
Daily Tasks:
  • Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing estimates, and other services
  • Handle customer inquiries via in person, email, and phone
  • Process sales through the point-of-sale system
  • Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives, including up-selling and cross-selling
  • Open and close the center, cash register, and other systems
  • Maintain, order, and stock inventory
  • Ensure the center meets established standards
  • Coordinate with couriers, vendors, and staff
  • Sort and deposit mail in private mailboxes
  • Organize Virtual Mail tasks
Role Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Lift at least 50 pounds
  • Clear communication skills by email, phone, and in person
  • May be required to operate a motor vehicle
  • Perform duties safely and efficiently
  • Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
