Job summary

The Customer Service Representative at Store 08, Las Vegas, NV, reports to the Store Manager and focuses on safe, profitable operation and delivering outstanding service.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires flexibility to work full-time or part-time shifts, with duties including cash handling, POS operation, and maintaining inventory and store cleanliness, while upholding company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service preferred.
• Punctual and reliable; ability to work scheduled hours.
• Excellent English oral and written communication.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and handle complaints promptly.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining rapport.
• Process all sales on the cash register and handle cash per procedures.
• Operate POS and related equipment (cash register, lottery machine, money order machine, phone card machine, EBT machine, Western Union equipment, etc.).
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain site cleanliness.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and complete shift closeouts.
• Work with minimal supervision and irregular hours as needed.
• Notify management of dishonesty and follow shoplifting procedures.
