Job summary

Majors Management - MAPCO is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our onsite team. You will assist customers, operate cash registers, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Part or Full Time schedules available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
