Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the cash register, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

This part-time role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, strong customer service skills, and reliable teamwork. The position offers opportunities for growth within our store network and an engaging, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
