Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Michigan LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, manage transactions, stock shelves, and help unload trucks while maintaining store safety and cleanliness.

Based at our Croswell, MI location, you will interact with customers and fellow associates in a friendly, professional manner, support loss prevention, and ensure a neat, inviting store environment every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean, including restrooms, floors, trash, and general presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
