Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 49 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely according to productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining clean, neat, and presentable store areas including bathrooms.
• Ensuring a positive, safe environment with professional interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register and handling cash securely.
• Other duties as assigned.
