Job summary

Responsibilities

• Stocks and rotates items; assists with inventory control
• Loads, unloads, and moves product; organizes back area
• Organizes merchandise on pallets for presentation
• Maintains shelf tags and signage; may create signage
• Ensures shrink, safety, inventory control, and sanitation standards
• Checks shipments for freshness and quality
• Builds, stocks, maintains, and takes down store displays
• Performs duties of Customer Service Assistant as needed
• Provides superior customer service; answers questions
• Helps customers locate store merchandise; suggests product options
• Merchandises products effectively; uses suggestive selling
• Cleans and sanitizes sales floor and equipment; adheres to SOPs
