Job summary

Dollar Tree in Fultondale, AL is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II to help run daily store operations, assist customers, stock merchandise, and support front-end duties at the register. You will work across merchandising and store upkeep to create a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock bathrooms and floors.
• Provide friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
