Goodwill is hiring a Donation-Utility Associate/Barcoder to support store operations in Willingboro, NJ. You will process transactions, handle money, and promote Round-Up donations while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

The role requires friendly customer service, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Training will cover opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and use of store systems.

Responsibilities

• Process register transactions, handle money, count drawer, and request Round-Up donations.
• Cross-train as Donation-Utility Associate and Barcoder.
• Open/close procedures as needed and stock/maintain merchandise on sales floor.
• Keep store clean, organized, and properly priced with help from on-site management.
• Use phones and paging systems and make regular store announcements.
• Wear uniform and maintain professional appearance; attend regularly.
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and respond to customer concerns.
