Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, replenishing stock, and ensuring customer satisfaction with professional interactions. Part-time positions with opportunities to grow within the retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in retail or similar customer service environments is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned*.
