Family Dollar in Warfield, KY is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, keep shelves stocked, and help unload merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe store environment. The role requires strong service skills, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

This part-time position emphasizes excellent customer interactions, teamwork, and adherence to store standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and meet physical demands.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
