Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help shoppers and manage transactions at the Stephens City store. You will assist customers, stock shelves, and help unload trucks while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail experience is preferred. Lifting 30–50 lbs, standing for long periods, and strong communication are expected. Benefits include EAP, retirement plans, and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, restock bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash, and keep areas neat.
• Other duties as assigned.
