Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage transactions at the register, help with receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and keep the store clean and safe for everyone.

You will also protect company assets and support team members as needed. We value strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating procedures.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking/standing.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect store assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
