Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our South Carolina store in Iva. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and stocked.

The role requires strong customer service, communication and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Part-time hours help support busy periods and teamwork with store leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
