Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in East Dublin, GA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience and assist customers with questions and purchases.

You will handle transactions at the register, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, unload merchandise, and ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and team members. This is a part-time role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail customer service experience in hospitality, retail, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
