Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is looking for a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, stock and unload merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment in Americus, GA.

This is a part-time position with benefits including health and retirement options. You will work with a team to ensure friendly, professional service and adherence to store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service, organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions on assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, floors, and areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
