Dollar Tree, Inc. in Bellflower, CA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to assist customers with questions, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store safe and welcoming. You will stock merchandise, unload trucks, and maintain overall cleanliness while delivering friendly, professional service.

This role requires reliability, the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and strong communication and organizational skills to support daily operations in a busy retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
