Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Ohio LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.

This role requires a friendly, customer-focused approach, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the flexibility to work part-time on-site at 139 S Main St, Peebles, Ohio 45660-1136. You will join a team that values service and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms, floors, trash removal, and neatness.
• Other duties as assigned.
