Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle transactions, maintain safety and store presentation, and support unloading and stocking of merchandise in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
