Dollar Tree in Stanford, Kentucky is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers, handle transactions, and keep the store tidy and well-stocked. You will assist with questions, manage the cash register, and help unload trucks as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional interactions.
Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and waste removal.
