Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Kentucky store team. You will help customers with questions, process transactions at the register, and keep shelves stocked while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

This role emphasizes friendly service, reliability, and teamwork; you’ll handle merchandise receipt, assist with unloading, and support leaders to maintain a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
