Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean in Glenolden, PA. You will assist with questions, operate a cash register, and ensure a friendly shopping experience.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and retail or customer service experience is preferred. You’ll join a team that values safety, accuracy, and excellent service, with opportunities to grow in a busy retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and handle walking, standing, and repetitive movements.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at a cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
