Job summary

You will unload trucks, replenish shelves, and maintain a clean, friendly environment while following store procedures. Prior retail experience is preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail/customer service experience highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment as needed.
