Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage transactions at the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and presentable.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Previous retail or service experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
