Dollar Tree in Kearny, AZ is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers and keep the store running smoothly. You will assist with questions, process sales at the register, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.

The role emphasizes friendly service, stock replenishment, unloading deliveries, and teamwork with leaders and associates. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; able to lift 30-50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect store assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
