Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Arizona to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, restock merchandise, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Part-time position with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and endure frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service experience in retail/hospitality/food service

Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand/move for long periods
