Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent movement.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and merchandise replenished.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks as needed.
• Keep the store clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
