Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Wahpeton, ND to assist customers, handle transactions at the cash register, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store. You will help unload merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure a safe, friendly shopping environment.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time hours are available at this Wahpeton location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
