Job summary

Dollar Tree in Jamestown, ND is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe.

We're looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or customer service experience. You should be able to lift 30–50 lbs and communicate effectively with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.

• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Keep store clean and presentable; clean restrooms.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment.
