Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Watertown, SD is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver friendly service at the register and on the floor.

You will assist customers, manage transactions, stock shelves, unload trucks, and keep areas neat and safe while upholding company standards and policies. This role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30-50 lbs as needed; evening and weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate POS system.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
