Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling and climbing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful shopping environment.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
