POSITION SUMMARY:

The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. This team member is knowledgeable in print, signs & graphics, and shipping. Responsibilities include taking orders, coordinating store activities, providing pricing and product info, and recommending FedEx Office products and services. They operate and maintain equipment, manage projects, stock materials, and complete tasks based on priority.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow supervisor instructions and assist team members
• Help train store staff

Service

• Demonstrate consultative behaviors to understand customer needs
• Recommend appropriate products and services
• Ensure customer problems are resolved promptly
• Take complex orders and provide accurate pricing
• Prepare parcels for shipping
• Operate printing and related equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment

• Handle customer data and documents carefully
• Process transactions via POS, handle cash

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of specialized experience
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Salary range: $17.30 - $20.30/hr. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
