This team member is knowledgeable in all areas of the Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. Responsibilities include taking orders, coordinating store activities, providing pricing and product information, and recommending FedEx Office products and services. The Store Consultant operates and maintains various equipment, manages the production queue, handles complex projects, manages retail supplies, and completes tasks based on priority.
