The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. Responsibilities include taking orders, coordinating store activities, providing pricing and product information, and recommending FedEx Office products and services. The Store Consultant operates and maintains equipment, manages the production queue, handles complex projects, manages retail supplies, and completes tasks based on priority.
