Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience both internally and externally
• Promote honesty, integrity, and confidentiality
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and personalized customer service
• Manage register assignments, POS coverage, and breaks
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure store tasks are completed according to plan and priorities are set effectively
• Communicate clearly with management and team members, providing updates and feedback
• Partner with management on training needs and store goals
• Maintain adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety standards
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and support shrink reduction initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Understanding of merchandising techniques
