Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver excellent customer service to customers.
• Ring purchases/returns and manage cash operations.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store merchandising and cleanliness per standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and restock as needed.
• Support store recovery and safety procedures throughout the day.
• Assist in shrink reduction goals and program adherence.
• Participate in safety awareness and create a safe environment.
