Job summary

Walgreens Co. is hiring a Retail Associate to deliver a distinctive customer experience in fast-paced store environments. You will greet customers, assist with products, operate the cash register, process transactions, and maintain clean, well-merchandised aisles.

You will promote add-on items, support with displays and pricing, and ensure compliance with store policies while providing friendly, efficient service across flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; check in and price merchandise as directed.
• Provide customer service in photo area (passport photo service, poster print, etc.) and assist with web pick-up orders.
