Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Registers customer purchases on the assigned cash register; handles cash, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Maintains clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; checks in and prices merchandise as directed.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and assists with web pick-up responsibilities (order monitoring, item picking, delivery).
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and complies with company policies.
