Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and climbing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and safeguard cash assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and support unloading for replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with staff and customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
