Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Renton, WA to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time, on-site with opportunities for growth and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
